Our staff are currently working within their industries as professional musicians, producers and song writers. They have a minimum of three years experience in working with youth in inner city communities, in and surrounding the DMV (D.C. Maryland, Virginia) areas. This expertise as well as common knowledge in the music industry is essential. Our extremely dynamic staff includes performing artists, music teachers, music producers and audio engineers. With a combination of this well accomplished and qualified staffing we are confident in creating an ideal environment that will  bring out the absolute best results in the students. This dynamic system requires a workforce that is extremely passionate and prepared for the hard work of educating students and fully engaging them in a fast paced learning environment.
