KARIZ KIDS YOUTH ENRICHMENT SERVICES EMPLOYMENT
We specialize in the implementation of high quality music enrichment programs and curricula. Our staff of instructors are all currently working and professionally established recording artists, music producers and musicians. From the stage to the classroom these rock star teachers are passionate about their community and focused on positive change in our youth. Common knowledge of the music industry is essential. Our extremely dynamic staff includes performing artists, music teachers, music producers and audio engineers. With a combination of this well accomplished and qualified staffing we are confident in creating an ideal environment that will bring out the absolute best results in the students. This dynamic system requires a workforce that is extremely passionate and prepared for the hard work of educating students and fully engaging them in a fast paced learning environment. Our focus should be desired outcomes rather than the status quo within higher education. ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR

LEAD INSTRUCTOR

PROGRAM MANAGER
-
Design, deliver and evaluate Youth Programs that meet the needs and interests of youth and the Club’s target markets to ensure their delivery in a safe and quality manner.

Implement human resource management practices to recruit and retain seasonal and year-round staff.
-
Management property development and maintenance needs to ensure the stewardship of current resources and identification of future needs.

Oversee the daily operation of general Youth Programs including program business and operations.
-
Ensure that Youth Program staff and participants know and follow safety and educational procedures during programs.
-
Assist in the management and care of the physical facilities and equipment in all program areas.
-
Supervise and evaluate Program Specialists to develop and implement all facets of program activities.
-
Develop and implement schedules and records for all areas of Youth Program and facilities.
-
Interacts with other departments to promote youth programs.
-
Attends staff meetings.
-
Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the General Manager.

INTERNSHIP(Ages 16-24)

Assist in the evaluation of each lesson plan and curriculum upon completion of each activity.

Participates in staff training and weekly staff meetings in the summer.
